ESD Conductive Dividable Containers, also known as ESD Conductive Antistatic Dividable grid containers are used for storage of electro-statically sensitive electronic hardware and components. The flexibility of the grid boxes and the ability to create compartments of various sizes merely by strategic placement of the dividers allows these containers to be used both horizontally (for example placing hard disk drives into each compartment), or Vertically by placing the container on its side with dividers on a single axis, for storing circuit boards of various sizes, ranging from PC motherboards, blades or switches. All ESD conductive grid boxes, have divider-slots in 1-1/8” intervals, with the dividers themselves having 1/8” in thickness. The dividers and the covers are all antistatic as well.

The Conductive grid containers are molded from a carbon-filled copolymer polypropylene material with an electrostatic decay rate at less than 0.1 second that meets mil-spec Mil-B-81075B. Measured surface resistivity is less than 10 Ohms-per square.

ESD Conductive dividable grid boxes are made of polypropylene with ESD compound impregnated in them for safe storage. The conductive material provides permanent protection against the build-up of electrostatic charge.

Used in conjunction with chrome-wire carts that use ESD conductive casters and a drag-cable that keeps the cart grounded, these electromagnetic interference protected totes can be used also on pick-and-place production lines, providing easy access and replenishment of semiconductor components to workers on the line.
