Whether your company is a contract manufacturer, a small assembly house, a semiconductor distributor or a data center, you need to protect your electronic components from typical electromagnetic interference (EMI), or electrostatic discharge. Store your components, whether passive or active, store your spare hard drives or server blades in ESD Conductive plastic storage bins made of polypropylene with ESD compound impregnated in them for safe storage. The conductive material provides important protection against the build-up of electrostatic charge. ESD conductive bins are permanently conductive and are unaffected by washing with normal cleaners. ESD stackable bins, shelf bins or grid boxes are molded from a carbon-filled copolymer polypropylene material with an electrostatic decay rate at less than 0.1 second that meets mil-spec Mil-B-81075B. Its surface resistivity is less than 10 Ohms-per square. The design of these storage solution is the same as the non-ESD versions also available.

ESD Bins are made from ESD material that dissipates electrostatic charges. These Anti Static Storage Bins provide a a guaranteed guard against electrostatic discharge. Electrostatic charges can severely damage any and all of your sensitive electronic components. Our ESD Storage Bins are far superior to other conductive bins & containers that bring a risk of damage from uncontrolled discharges. That is because Monster Bins’ ESD Bins provide the highest degree of protection available.
